Namespace guide / Destinations
.ministry
Where you go: businesses, ministries, schools, homes, realms and real places with time frames.
Example: portal://jubileeministries.ministry
The rules
- A ministry portal is a doorway into a church or ministry's place on the Mesh. A church sits beneath it, as church.yourministry.ministry.
- Its sermons and messages are experiences under .event, such as sermon.yourministry.event.
- Registration needs proof of legal registration, a verified domain or trademark, and a private accountable point of contact.
Who may register
A verified ministry or church organization.
Verification: Organization verified.
Every account is a verified person or organization: Jubilee checks it once, before its first paid registration.
Names are never resold: a transfer goes through Jubilee, at cost.
Standard labels beneath a name
Conventions for what sits beneath your own name, so people can guess an address. They are free to use and not reserved.
- churchA church: there is no .church namespace, such as portal://church.gracefellowship.ministry
What it needs before it goes live
The registry makes the ID, STATUS and CERT records at birth. You sign and upload the rest in the activation wizard.
- ENDPOINTWhere the portal's session opens, with the modes and directions it offers.
